To celebrate Railway 200 (200 years since the birth of the Railway) this a linear walk from Kingham to Moreton-in-Marsh. Meeting at Moreton-in-Marsh we will catch the train to Kingham and walk back to Moreton\, visiting an interesting church and some literary references along the way. DESCRIPTION:Members may view additional information by clicking  here \n\n\n\n\n\n\nLeaders: Emily and Andy \n\n\n\nArea: Stanton\n\n\n\nStart Time: 10.00 am\n\n\n\nTerrain:  Some steep sections going up and down as well. Bring walking sticks if you use them. Could be muddy depending on the weather. Some walking on rocky paths.\n\n\n\nDistance: 4.5 miles\n\n\n\nDescription:\n\n\n\n\n“The walk takes in some beautiful views of the Cotswold Hills. We will walk through Stanton which is a picture-perfect Cotswold village. We start at the Stanton Community Club. We will walk some bits of the Cotswold Way. We will leave at 10:00 promptly. \n\n\n\nAfter the walk\, you may want to try to have lunch at the Mount Inn in Stanton (The Mount Inn\, Stanton\, Nr Broadway\, Worcestershire\, WR12 7NE). They don’t take reservations on Saturdays so it’s first come first serve.
