• Terrain:  Very flat. Mostly quiet roads, well made farm tracks and well maintained pathways. A couple of fields, but no livestock. No stiles.
• Distance: 3.8 miles
• Description: “This is a nice and easy walk to start off our series of Friday evening walks in 2026. The walk is almost entirely on quiet roads, well-made farm tracks and well-maintained pathways. We will skirt around a couple of fields but nothing challenging under foot. Even if it has been raining, mud should not be a problem. Sunset is predicted to be at 6.30pm, so the latter stages of the walk will likely be in a degree of darkness. Please bring a torch, or your phone, to light the way.”
