• Distance: a.m. 7 miles; p.m. 4.5 miles
• Terrain: A mixture of wood and field paths in the morning. The afternoon is mainly quiet lanes. Reasonably flat but some gentle ascents/descents, nothing strenuous. May be muddy in places.
• Lunch: 1 p.m.
• Please bring a picnic lunch.
• Description: 

“A figure of eight walk taking in some beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. The morning will take us to Lidstone and then through Heythrop Park. Take a dip in an ancient bathing pool if you dare. The afternoon is a shorter walk which takes us through Church Enstone and past a waterfall.”
