• Area: Birdlip and Brimpsfield, Gloucs
• Start: 9.30 am
• Distance: a.m. 6 miles; p.m. 6 miles
• Terrain: Open tracks, lanes. Also some woodland, where it is likely to be very muddy, depending on how wet January has been. Be prepared. Only a couple of steep ups and downs.
• Lunch: 12:30 p.m.
• a fairly short stop so that drinks and snacks can be eaten.  There is a planned ‘late lunch’ after the ramble
