• Terrain: Well used footpaths and tracks with some gentle ups and downs. A short section of lane and road walking. There could be mud if it rains!

• Description: 

” Leaving Stow-on-the-Wold we follow the Gloucestershire Way, passing Upper and Lower Swell to reach Upper Slaughter, where we stop for lunch.
After lunch the Wardens Way leads us to the pretty village of Lower Slaughter. Crossing the River Dikler at Hyde Mill, we return to Stow-on-the-Wold via the hamlet of Maugersbury.”
