Hello and welcome to my final Chair’s Corner. Thankfully, we’re starting to see the signs of spring with trees coming to bud, daffodils blooming and daylight hours gradually increasing. So far this year I seem to have walked in mud, mud, more mud and through/alongside puddles only fit for ducks BUT (and it’s a big one) I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every single outing. All, admittedly, helped by the great company and the fact that I’ve started to really notice the gradual increase in daylight hours (or minutes at this stage) – mornings are getting lighter earlier and evenings lighter a little later, a sure sign that Spring is just around the corner.… Read More

What happened to 2025? Time seems to fly past very quickly as we approach December and we hurtle towards the shortest day and longest night of the year. It’s also a time of reflection.
