  • July 31 Evening Ramble

    Lovely open countryside taking in the three villages of Kemerton, Overbury, and Westmancote.

  • August Midweek Ramble

    A not too challenging walk, which is a figure of eight, offering the opportunity to walk in the morning only, the afternoon only, or for the whole day. During the day, we take in the beautiful villages of Charlton, Cropthorn and Fladbury

  • August 14 Evening Ramble

    A pleasant walk across fields towards Naunton Beauchamp. In Naunton Beauchamp we turn towards North Piddle before taking on a gradual ascent back to our start point.

    A circular route showcasing the best of the North Cotswold countryside, with breathtaking panoramic views, wildlife and a pretty Cotswold village.

  • August Sunday Ramble 2026

    Enjoy this varied route that combines the Habberley Valley and the Upper Arley circular walks, taking in the River Severn and Trimpley Reservoir and with far-reaching views.

  • August 28 Evening Ramble

    A circular walk with views across the River Avon of Harvington and beyond at the start and of the Cotswolds further on. Upon our return to the Bowling Club for a drink, we will be treated to a bowling display with the chance of having a go.

  • September Saturday Short

    A circular walk taking in both Packwood House and Badesley Clinton which are both Nation Trust properties, with cafes. Walking along to where the Stratford on Avon Canal meets the Grand Union Canal, then back across fields.

  • September Midweek Ramble

    Leaving Great Rissington, we follow clear paths and lanes before a climb up to Clapton on the Hill for a coffee stop.
    The Monarch’s Way takes us along a valley to Bourton on the Water for a lunch stop.
    After lunch, we pass a replica Iron Age Roundhouse and lakes as we walk through part of Greystones Farm Nature Reserve. A clear bridleway leads us back to Great Rissington

  • September Short Ramble

    A scenic circular walk from the Vale Golf and Country Club following the Jubilee Walk towards Rous Lench and then taking the Wychavon Way up into and through Yeald Wood and Old Yew Hill Wood. Heading out of the wood we walk uphill towards Church Lench before heading back to the Golf Club across open countryside.

  • October Saturday Short

    A circular route from Longborough to Donnington and back. There is a toilet at the church and also at Longborough village shop and cafe, which is round the corner from the church.
