April Midweek Ramble
A figure of eight walk around the southern edge of Worcester City near one of the sites of the Battle of Worcester.

This five mile circular walk takes in the villages of Ford and Temple Guiting following the Winchcombe Way and The Gloucestershire Way.
April 25 Evening Ramble
An evening stroll from Offenham through the heart of the herb and salad growing industry that has proliferated in the Vale over the past decade, returning alongside Broadway Brook to the Boat Lane Brewery for well-earned refreshment.
April Sunday Ramble
From Brailes Hall we take a short walk down to ‘The George’ public house, where we take a footpath to Rectory Farm, then on to Chinslade Barn and Fisher’s Coppice, then a short climb to Round Hill where we follow the culvert to Lower Atchill and Traitor’s Ford. We stop here for coffee and a paddle.
We then pick up the Macmillan Way, climbing to brilliant views and then join Ditchedge Lane to Gallow Hill and out to the village of Epwell. We lunch here and make a visit to the interesting little church of St. Anne’s.
Once ready we will head off west taking an interconnecting footpath to Winderton. In this small village we will take the opportunity to visit the church of St Peter and St Paul’s, and take a sneak view of Alice Hyde’s Cottage: Alice was a famous resident of the village in the 1900s. Our return will be across open fields with the Cathedral of the Findons in clear sight. The option of a direct return to the Village Hall is available, or for those more energetic, a climb up Castle Hill to the ancient motte and bailey castle, taking in splendid views before returning to the parking.
May Midweek Ramble
Something different. To celebrate Railway 200 (200 years since the birth of the Railway) this a linear walk from Kingham to Moreton-in-Marsh. Meeting at Moreton-in-Marsh we will catch the train to Kingham and walk back to Moreton, visiting an interesting church and some literary references along the way. To really enter the spirit why not catch the train from Evesham and return to Evesham on a return ticket.
May 16 Evening Ramble
After crossing Kempsey Common we visit the18th-century folly, Pirton Castle, built by the Earl of Coventry to view from his distant estate at Croome Court, and on to nearby Pirton Pool and then to Pirton Church. Our return route is via Stonehall and Kempsey Commons.
May Short Ramble
An enjoyable 5 mile circular walk, combining woods and views from Abberley Hill with lanes and fields below, and taking in part of the Worcestershire Way. There is a steep downhill section with steps, when walking poles may be helpful.
